How do I get technical support?
You can call our toll-free number 1-800-669-2465 for technical support on any of our online products. Our technical support hours are 9am - 5pm CST.
How can I order materials?
You can order online 24 hours a day, submit a purchase order/credit card payment via fax or regular mail, or give
IML a call. The fax number is (573) 882-1992 and the toll-free customer service number is (800) 669-2465.
Customer service hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm central standard time. Our mailing address is the Instructional
Materials Laboratory, University of Missouri, 1400 Rock Quarry Center, Q139, Columbia, MO 65211.
How do I pay for products?
IML accepts purchase orders, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
Can anyone order from IML?
Yes. You do not have to be a teacher. We have customers all over the United States and around the world. We do ask
that orders from outside the lower 48 United States be phoned in to provide an accurate
shipping and handling cost.
Can I reproduce your materials?
You must obtain permission to reproduce our materials. All IML materials are protected by copyright from the
Curators of the University of Missouri, which means that you cannot copy our materials in whole or in part without
our permission. Contact Erica Kassel, (573) 882-2883, for permission to copy our materials or use them in anything
other than the original form.
The exceptions to this rule are the Nurse Assistant in a Long-Term Care Facility - CNA Curriculum CD-ROM, Automotive Technology curriculum CD-ROMs, the General Service Technician
Program curriculum CD-ROMs, and the Automotive Collision curriculum CD-ROMs. These state that they are reproducible
materials. Only the materials on the CD-ROMs may be reproduced.
How can I find out when a particular product will be available?

Do you provide free preview copies?
Sorry, but IML cannot provide free preview copies. We are a not-for-profit, cost-recovery organization.
IML does have a 30-day return policy so customers can review materials by submitting a purchase order or credit card
number.
