Office hours for the Instructional Materials Laboratory are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST.
All orders are subject to a 5% handling fee based on merchandise subtotal.
Customers requiring delivery in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries, or those requiring expedited delivery
options will need to call IML for individualized shipping arrangements and fees. (Phone: 1-800-669-2465) Credit
will not be issued for special shipping charges.
Ordering Instructions:
Please include the following information on all orders. Including this informantion will ensure timely processing of your order.
- Customer Name/School District or Business Name
- Contact Name
- Telephone Number
- "Bill To" Address - Schools and businesses should refer to your accounts payable office for official billing address.
- "Ship To" Address - IML uses UPS ground for regular delivery. UPS requires a street address or highway/route number for delivery.
- IML Item Catalog Number and Name
- Quantity for each Item
- Method of Payment
- Purchase Order - Purchase orders require an authorized signature from schools and other institutions.
If the order has been placed via web or by phone, and the original purchase order is mailed to IML, it must state
"Confirming Order" to avoid duplication of shipment. If the purchase order does not state that it is a confirming order and
a duplication of shipment occurs as a result, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the returned item(s) and there will be
no credit given on the handling charges for the duplicate order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are provided upon request.
Missouri Sales Tax: Missouri customers will be charged 7.55% sales tax. Tax exempt customers
will need to provide a copy of their Missouri Tax Exemption letter with order unless previously submitted.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. All international payments are required
to be in U.S. currency.
