Joetta Lynn, Office Support Staff IV, works in the IML Sales department. She began at IML in 1997 working in the printing and bindery areas. In 2002, she transitioned to Office Support Staff III to handle inventory management. After 3 years in that position, she became Office Support Staff IV and began handling customer accounts and accounts payable. Joetta’s job responsibilities have changed recently and she now works primarily with promotions/marketing and customer service.
