Introducing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Curriculum!
IML’s online UAP curriculum offers a thorough overview of basic nursing procedures along with the skills and knowledge that support them. The online UAP curriculum is an ideal classroom component for individuals entering the field of nursing assistant or as an in-service review for those already on the job. Units covered include nurse assisting, understanding the patient, safety, food service, personal care, elimination, restorative nursing, and special procedures. The curriculum offers online and printable procedures and reviews, supplemental handouts, interactive enhancements, formative reviews within lessons to improve knowledge retention, and student tracking.

Introducing the 2008 Update CDs for IML’s Automotive Technology Curriculum
The Update CDs are designed to revise and supplement IML’s 2005 to 2007 print and CD curriculum materials to meet the 2008 NATEF task list. New purchasers of IML’s Auto Tech CDs and printed Instructor Guides will receive the appropriate Update CD as part of their purchase. Current users of the 2005 to 2007 curriculum materials may purchase module-specific Update CDs at a cost of $25.00 per module.
The Update CD includes all of IML’s job sheets and any new assignment sheets that address tasks on the corresponding area of the 2008 NATEF task list. A Priority Item Crosswalk cross-references job sheets and other update components to the 2008 task list. Materials for the students may be printed, copied, and distributed as needed.

The Instructional Materials Laboratory (IML) within the College of Education at the University of Missouri-Columbia

The instructional management systems that IML develops, such as EATOnline and Instructional Systems Manager, are
technological tools that allow educators to plan and evaluate instruction with greater efficiency.
